The number of patients with food allergy and intolerance is growing dramatically, which is a growing challenge for the food industry. Without reliable suppliers of raw materials however, the production of up-to-date and safe, allergen-free products is impossible At the M Profood Zrt. allergen-free manufacturing plant, we control the entire production process from storage to blending and packaging. The carefully selected ingredients are checked and only come from suppliers with the appropriate certifications. The allergen status of each mixture is verified in our laboratory, designed and equipped for this purpose. In response to an increase in the demand for products free from cross-contamination, in 2015 we have set up a separate plant in our factory to produce allergen-free products. As a result, cross contamination in our plant is completely excluded during the entire production process.
